Just before the djummi Festival, what about a small (but excellent) release? Especially when it involves something this great!
Pitchtuner and Dave Schoepke each wrote a new track for a joint release and then remixed each other’s work. The result—part of the “Single Split Mates” series initiated by Pitchtuner – is a collection of four tracks; the remixes, in particular, perfectly capture the meeting of two quite distinct musical worlds. Dave’s track is titled “Dragon Garage” and is available starting today via djummi records, accompanied by a Pitchtuner remix. Pitchtuner’s “Worlds,” along with Dave’s remix, is being released simultaneously on Burning Friends Records.
I am delighted about this collaboration! It’s also fantastic that both musicians will be meeting in person at the djummi Festival on Saturday.
