Dear friends of djummi records,
At djummi, we always like to take our sweet time before kicking off the year with our first new release. It’s already March, spring is just around the corner, and it’s finally time to get moving!
To warm things up, we’re starting small with a single. The track is called “Schuhe aus Paris” (Shoes from Paris) and was penned by Milan Greulich aka rokotak. But he has more than just one single ready for us: His third album will be arriving here on April 24th. Just like the single, the album was mixed by Cologne-based producer Ekki Maas (Erdmöbel). By the way, the album will also be available in classic formats—on CD and even on vinyl. Long live physical media!
You can find “Schuhe aus Paris” right now on your favorite streaming service or on Bandcamp. I’d like to especially recommend the latter: streaming is convenient, but Bandcamp is the only place where you can truly support your favorite artists directly. With a fan account, you can build your own collection and create playlists. Once you’ve purchased the music (starting at just a small amount per track), it’s yours to keep and can be streamed anytime—for example, via the very cool Bandcamp app.
