Dear friends of djummi records,
shortly before the end of the year and before everyone finally falls into Christmas stupor, here is the 34th djummi release!
The Dresden duo Shortcuts recorded six new songs this summer, which they have compiled into an EP under the title “Strand”. This time it was important to them to capture their live sound as well as possible. Unlike its two previous releases, this little album comes without any nicknack or overdubs. Shortcuts have never sounded more authentic on record!
But listen for yourself and let yourself be taken on a journey to the sea, through an urban jungle and into the darned south.
