Stunted is a collaboration between Dave Schoepke and Marco Sebastian Christ. Dave laid down the shifting melodic theme on the drum kit and Sebastian then added some ambience and noise tracks. The result is a percussive theme with some cinematic under tones, which gives the track a dark, brooding feel yet with a buoyant, optimistic melody.
This is the first collaboration between Dave and Sebastian and adds some depth to the drums only repertoire Dave has been doing since his Drums On Low release in 2019.
After Bionic Stunted is the second single of Dave’s upcominig EP “Drowning In Snow”, which will be out in the end of November 2021.
